Do I enter a platform account on this website?

No. This sales page only handles purchase and guidance. Platform login happens inside the desktop app.

Where do I get my license key?

You can find it in the Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt and order page. Enter it in the app license menu to activate.

How many devices can I use?

One StellaSnap Pro license key can activate up to 2 devices. The app license menu shows your current activation slots.

What if I change or reset a device?

Deactivate the current device in the app before switching to return the activation slot. If the device was already formatted or is unavailable, contact support@stellasnap.com.

Where are saved files stored?

They are organized under the local save folder you select in the app, grouped by login account and target account.

Are taxes included in $9?

No. $9 is the pre-tax product price. Applicable taxes and final payment amount are calculated in Lemon Squeezy checkout based on buyer location.
